CompRel estimates the reliability coefficient "Composite Reliability" of a multi-item construct with uncorrelated error variances. The calculator utilizes the formula outlined in Raykovís (1997) paper published in Applied Psychological Measurement. By entering the standardized loadings from your model results, CompRel will estimate the error variance, individual item r-square, and composite reliability score automatically.
